EMX Help Resources

EMX has a variety of help resources to get your problem solved faster.

Click on the light blue question mark on the bottom right of EMX to open a side window of our support site. Here you can navigate through our documentation while inside EMX to find answers to your questions on the fly. To close the side window and continue your work in EMX, click the question mark again.

These same help links can also be found on certain page headers/titles throughout EMX. These help links will also open the support site side window pre-navigated to a page relating to the topic the help link was on.

Report an Issue

Find a bug or having an issue you want to contact our support team about? EMX has an easy way to report these issues directly to our support team while signed into EMX.

On the bottom right of EMX there is a button named “Report an Issue”.

Click this to open our issue reporting form. Please fill out all information fields (Contact Name, Contact Email, Issue Title, and Issue Description). Additionally you can attach any necessary files from your device.

Once you click “Submit” the issue report will be sent directly to our support team via Email.

You also have the option to take a screenshot or a screen recording.

To take a screen recording click the video camera on the bottom left of the form, then click record to start the video.

To take a screenshot click the camera on the bottom left of the form. Here you will be able to annotate your screen directly. Once you are done annotating, press “Add screenshot” on the bottom right of the page.
