Device Status
The Gateway Details page provides three information panels that summarize the current state and performance of your device.
Note: All timestamps are displayed according to the time zone selected in the top menu bar.
Device Information
This panel displays key device details such as the Friendly Name, Model, IP Address, and other basic properties.
You can also manage gateway attributes by selecting View and Edit next to Attributes. This opens the Attributes page, where you can review and modify the gateway’s configured attributes.
Gateway Status
This panel provides operational status information for your gateway, including:

Current gateway status

Most recent report timestamp

Most recent boot timestamp

Node Firmware Upgrade status (available on gateway versions 4.2.0 and later). If no node firmware upgrade is in progress, the upgrade status will display Inactive. When an upgrade is running, the firmware name and progress percentage will be shown.
Node Status
This panel reports three key metrics about nodes reporting to this gateway:

Avg Nodes 1h: Average number of nodes reporting in the past hour

Avg Nodes 24h: Average number of nodes reporting in the past 24 hours
