Gateway Management

Gateway Management is based on user permissions - you may not have access to this feature or you may not have access to all configuration actions. Please contact your Packet Power representative if you are interested in upgrading your system.

The gateway management feature allows you to bulk select your gateways and run configuration actions (Reboot, Set Radio Zone, and Update Gateway Firmware) on them via EMX. This page is found on the EMX menu Management → Gateways.

Selecting Gateways

Select Gateways by checking the checkbox for the row. To add more to your selection continue checking multiple gateways. You can also select a singular row by clicking on the row, to select multiples by clicking on the row (not the checkbox), hold cmnd or ctl.

View how many Gateways you have selected on the top of the table:

Select/deselect all Gateways:

Configuration Actions:

To run an action on a gateway or gateways click on the action drop down and select an action:

Then confirm your action and selected gateways:
