MP277 Display Details

The MP277 AC power monitoring module (PMM) is the latest generation Packet Power AC power monitor. It is also used in certain BGP, BGS and RG product models. All details on this page apply to those products as well.

Display Orientation

The MP277 AC power monitor features a high-resolution OLED screen to display module identification, configuration, and electrical information to the user.

The module has a built-in orientation sensor, enabling it to detect the physical orientation of the module, and by default, it will rotate the displayed information to ensure a right-side-up display. Additionally, the module can be configured to use a fixed display orientation, to handle the situations where the module screen is facing directly upward or direct downward, a situation where the desired display rotation is not knowable.

The display rotation setting can be configured via the tap-interface on the side of the module, remotely by Packet Power via Cloud EMX, or via the phone app (in beta release). Please contact Packet Power support to find a configuration option that will work for your needs.
