Sharing Custom Reports

EMX offers a way for users to share read only Custom Reports with the public. Once a Custom Report is published a public link will be generated. You can share this link with non-users, so they can view your Custom Report.

Publishing Custom Reports

  • Navigate to the Reports table by selecting Custom Views > Reports from the left navigation bar. Then find the report you want to publish in the table and check the checkbox in the Publish Column.

  • Once the checkbox has been selected the Public Link button will appear next to it. Click this button to open the public link for your Custom Report. You can now share this link with others.

  • You can also Publish a report in the edit/create menu by selecting Publish this report under Report Distribution.
