Access to the EMX API requires the appropriate user permissions and roles.
If you can not make certain requests, it may be due to your current permission level. Please contact your Packet Power representative to discuss access options or potential system upgrades.
Overview
The EMX API is a RESTful API that exposes a subset of monitoring data gathered by Packet Power monitoring devices. It allows users to access and query data programmatically using standard HTTP requests. All non-public API endpoints require an Access-Key to be in the header arguments. See API Access Key for instructions on generating Access Key’s.
