Voltage connection installation

Voltage connection components

The voltage connection supplies power and provides a reference signal for the monitoring module. The voltage connection needs to be made safely, on a de-energized system, in accordance with specifications of the target equipment and local electrical codes.

WHA-M

When installed, the wire harness components are daisy chained in the following order, from the voltage source to the module:

  1. WHA-V (required) provides connection to the voltage source, in most cases a dedicated multi-phase breaker

  2. WHA-X (optional) provides an extension if needed

  3. WHA-F (required) provides fusing

  4. WHA-M provides connection to the monitoring module and power supply

Voltage connection installation

In most cases the voltage connection harness (WHA-V) is connected to a dedicated, multi-phase circuit breaker.
